The War of the Classes

The War of the Classes
Our country is in a depression, Zhengmei is a magnificent gorgeous girl and Manuel is strong and tall. They are a college student and an engineer just out of school. There are no jobs and they are looking for a way out.
They join demonstrations and protests. An interminable kiss makes them the symbol of their movement. Their charisma elevates them to the top.
Thus ensues their heroic and tragic role in a war that takes them into perilous and utmost contrasts, from paramount luxury to hunger and back.
Their love makes them strong, their intelligence proficient, and their courage unstoppable.
They live many lives and die many times in the midst of a terrifying conflict.

The Preponderant Factor

The Preponderant Factor
Everyone is living in utopia. The tumultuous 21st century is behind. The wealthy are immensely wealthy; the poor are only wealthy.
Nobody has to work for a living; a generous stipend called Basic Income is enough to live at a high standard of living. Technology has advanced and manufacturing everyday items is costless.
It is a place of beauty and pleasure where everyone is young. Beautiful young people mingle in real and virtual places, where sexual pleasures are prevalent.
In this ideal world, Teo Noedi is a financial consultant who amasses a vast fortune skimming investors with a Trojan. This places him in conflict with investors and the law. His stunning girlfriend Gia and an intelligent machine that he named Anita, help him in this quest.
This is their story of daring and perilous adventure that takes place in this splendid world and its fantastic virtual worlds.

It is all in the Mind

It is all in the Mind
Young people with unlimited wealth and luxury populate the world. In this utopia, Gia, Teo and Anita are immensely wealthy. Their hedonistic lives consist of eating and having sex. Nobody works. All do whatever they want.
Alternate bodies and Artificial Intelligence backup allow living in multiple places at the same time. While your original is in the opera in Rome, one alternate is having sex, while another is at the beach.
All are you, living your multiple lives. An ancient information system, named Perplexus, accessible through quantum-entangled communications, has made this paradise possible.
When Gia, Teo and Anita learn that a religion created by extraterrestrials is trying to destroy their beautiful world, they must do something.
Their adventure takes them to dangerous situations and unimaginable terrors. In a world where danger has been inconceivable for two hundred years.

The Restlessness

The Restlessness
Our universe is just right for Gia, Ana, Toga and Teo, who have formed a perfect family. The future looks bright for them and for our human civilization.
Then the Restlessness strikes.
Throughout the Disjointed Millennia, humanity suffers unbearable tragedy.
Gia, Ana, Toga and Teo finally find a solution to the Restlessness. However, it entails Redesigning our Souls.
Will this drastic measure mean the end of humankind, or will it be a new beginning?

Living Dangerously in Utopia

The life of the family who creates Utopia on Earth is not easy. Shengmei and Manuel, Gia and Teo, fight for what they think is right. Their quest spans several millenia. These are four stories in one book.

The first story has already started! And this is why:

Capitalism intrinsically acknowledges the value of capital over anything else. Under its principles, only profits and wealth accumulation are sensible. At the end, there will be only one. One person, or a group of persons will own everything. Oligarchies and monopolies will rule the land.
There are few jobs, due to automation only well-educated geniuses find a job and most people feel left behind and many are unemployed or underemployed.
Under these conditions, political and social unrest fuels the embers of disgust against the system and drives the uninformed into bad decisions. The situations worsens ever day.

What can the masses do?

In The War of the Classes they rebel. The tragic life of Zhengmei and Manuel occurs in the midst of chaos and destruction caused by their own disatisfied people.

Then Gia and Teo incidentaly take the fight against the dark shadows of oppression of the 21st century, in The Preponderant Factor

Gia, Ana and Teo are living in Utopia when a religion threatens their lifestyle. Their fight to preserve their Utopia is the story behind It is all in the Mind.

A strange efluvium makes life miserable. Gia and Teo cannot let humanity destroy itself. Thus, they fight for millenia in The Restlessness

These stories follow the life of Manuel and Gia's family. Four different timeframes depicting life a dangerous Utopia.

These stories are sequential.

War of the Classes starts in 2020, encompassing the tragic life of Xhengmei and Manuel, and lasts almost fifty years.

The next story presents Gia and Teo in their quest to destroy the power of money. The Preponderant Factor takes place in 2145.

It is all in the Mind happens during the 2262. When Gia and Teo must fight against nature to assure the survival of the human race.

The suffering of The Restlessness involves a danger in the future, posed by an unknown calamity. Its solution involves what people call the 'Redesign of our Souls.

The four stories in this book encompass the whole series.

Series: Surviving Pandemonium

Set in the same timeline of 'Living Dangerously in Utopia'

This is the saga of a God, a God of Olympus, of the Indus River and of the Nile. It is the story of the God Cronus, who is irrevocably linked to the history of mankind.
Cronus is also Amun and is Brahma. He wanted to be God, because to have descendants is an overpowering desire which permeates all his actions.
The story starts at Santorum, the University where all kind of creatures learn how to establish religions by exploiting the universal pervasiveness of religions. There Cronus learned to be a God. Although the deleterious side effects were never mentioned.
This the story of Cronus, an immortal God who periodically visits Earth to witness its chaotic history and where he accumulates memories and lovers.

His girls are part of history and of the legend.

It is the story of an immortal being, and his visits to Earth, encompassing from the end of the stone age to well past the Restlessness, narrated by him and his magnificent favorite lovers: Gaelea of Miterie, Leda of Macedonia, Ubon of the River, Savitri of the Ganges, Thaïs of Alexandria, Judith of the Middle Ages, Crystabel of Florence, Malinalli of Tenochtitlan, Julie of Chicago, Helga of Berlin, Nur of the Mediterranean, Kristine of Olympus, Gia of Eötvös and Aiae of Chimera.

Marvelous tales of romance and adventure, as experienced by a God and his not so naïve native girls. History unfolds under his eyes with all its nuances; where tragedy begets progress, oppression nurtures technology and greed leads to freedom.
Ariana & Drako

However, he follows a Vision. He is a genius and thinks differently.
His uniqueness is renowned and an artificial intelligence with a human body is designed especially for him. Ariana is his perfect woman.
Ariana & Drako are the perfect couple that were literarily made for each other.
They are audacious and cannot just live normal lives on the planet-city Chimera. They have to prove to themselves that life is worth living. That they can survive their self-chosen suicide missions and solve any riddle the universe throws at them.

This is the story of their deliberate adventurous love. Lust and love that transcends human limits.

Series: Near Future Dystopia

A Criminal with Ethics

It is the year 2078, and criminals run our civilization. Those with more exploit those with less. It is an exploitation chain where winner takes all. A few families hoard all the wealth and the remainder are destitute drug addicts.
Under these conditions, Ben Delanei is a criminal and a businessman. He started from nothing and now is extremely successful. That means many things: unlimited wealth, unrestrained murders and any girl he wants are the perks. Danger, internal ethical conflicts and treacherous enemies are the terrible consequences.
He is alone and dissatisfied. He has everything. He has won and he is alone.
Mireya, an unwilling gang leader, even more hardened than he is, finds him. She falls in love with his money and power. He falls in love with her decisiveness, courage and sculptural body.

This is the story of their opportunistic love, which transcends crime, violence and jealousies.

No Ethics, Please

Ben and Mireya have triumphed. Their criminal empire owns the world. A world where youth treatments keep everybody young. A world of happiness and joy, if you don’t challenge their power.
It’s a stable society where their empire’s don’t rock the boat policy has kept change to a minimum.
In this admirable culture, a strange urge is rocking society, it’s a strong sexual desire which affects women and men, a side effect of the vital youth treatments.
Moral conduct, marriages and relationships are falling apart. The world is falling apart.
Zayna, a precocious teenager with an utmost luscious appearance is a new concubine in Ben’s seraglio. Mireya has chosen her.

Zayna wants to fix the world. What can this naïve girl do?

In the year 2099, the whole world is a supercapitalistic society, where a thousand families own everything. The economy is flourishing; productivity and technology have produced all kinds of marvels. Nevertheless, in this marvelously rich society, Andrew Drexel wonders why 99.9% of the people are so poor.
Poor people, imprisoned inside enclosed Relocation Regions, live in squalor, violence and suffering. Seven billion are inmates, while seven million live in decadent luxury.
Ursula was born inside one of these RR centers, she is young, but understands that the system is evil. Andrew has sought refuge inside the RR fleeing from the ParaRich families who control the world.
  Danger brings them together.
Andrew understands the worlds of rich and poor. Ursula wants change. In peril and hiding, their electrifying love creates fortuitous synergism.
With the help of a dreaded artificial intelligence, they try to create a new world order. A task well above their capabilities.

Humanity has achieved everything. This is its golden age and still Ursula is depressed. She has reasons, her sister is dead, Andrew is a long forgotten sad memory and her life is artless, just orgies and sex to combat her demoralized mood.
In this age, where flawless Illuminati bodies made of synthetic DNA have supplanted homo sapiens. In this age, when life is so easy and comfortable. She wonders how can she be so disheartened?
Nevertheless, she has the drive to keep on living, after more than 15 millennia, she still desires to keep on living. She created this world order. How can she abandon it?
She shaped this society, where everything is freely available, where people have forgotten greed and enjoy a simple lifestyle. They walk nude, showing off their perfect young bodies that can live forever. Wormholes provide instantaneous transportation. There is plenty to do, hobbies, orgies, projects and dangerous sports are popular. Their homes are lavish, as is everything that surrounds them.
Civilization is at a standstill; perfection has been achieved on Earth and nobody wants to explore the cosmos, potentially full of strange civilizations and dangers.
Agatha, the IA which is embedded in every human mind and keeps the world running, discovers that extraterrestrial have reached the solar system.
She needs Ursula and Andrew to help her deal with this threat. Is there a way to bring this couple together again?

The War that Saved the World

For decades, the world has been at war. A disorganized and asymmetric war of devastation, which according to some has saved the world, by eliminating unemployment.
Technology invented automation, which after 2030 produced a huge unemployment problem. Production is excessive and strangely, there are no jobs. Politicians solved this problem by enlisting the unemployed in the military to replace the banned war robots. It is a perfect solution.
At least, that is what the super-rich and their docile politicians believe. This war is their dream. Their factories sell arms, their construction companies reconstruct, they live like kings and the poor die in glorious battles.
Jarozlava is a Russian assassin and a spy, detained as an enemy combatant by the US Army. Her incredible efficiency and extreme beauty elevate her to the rank of medic, in charge of relimbing wounded soldiers.
Tse is an American Indian, drafted to be a mercenary. His valor qualifies him for enhanced limbs.
Jarozlava lures him to arrange for her escape.
They become a team. Two brutal assassins that think alike and work perfectly together. They inevitably fall in love. For different reasons, they detest war and try to bring peace to the world.
It is not easy. Jarozlava and Tse must fight against the system, ingrained customs and even human nature.

Imperatrix Mundi

A thousand years after the War that Saved the World, humankind is thriving on Earth and a multitude of habitats orbiting around the Sun, where Imperatrix Mundi, daughter of Jarozlava and Tse, guarantees universal peace.
Technology has made possible a society where people are forever young and have everything they want. There are no worries and people should be happy.
They are, but for how long?
There is this inner awareness that science has reached its limits and that it is impossible to reach the stars. The feeling that civilization has reached a plateau and the future is gloomy. There is nowhere to go.

Lorenzo, a son of the Imperatrix is marauded on Earth, where he finds Dianne, a scrawny teenage girl. Their destiny sets them on an adventurous path that collides with the ambitions of centuries old people.
However, when Lorenzo is assassinated, Dianne realizes that she is in charge.

  What can she do?
Near Future Dystopia

Four futures, four possible dystopic scenarios that do not fare well for our country. Four stories in one book.

Dystopia (from the Greek δυσ and τόπος, kakotopia, or anti-utopia) is a community or society that is in some important way undesirable or frightening. It is the opposite of a utopia. Dehumanization, totalitarian governments, environmental disaster, war or other characteristics associated with a cataclysmic decline in society often characterize dystopias.

Capitalism intrinsically acknowledges the value of capital over anything else. Under its principles, only profits and wealth accumulation are sensible. At the end, there will be only one. One person, or a group of persons will own everything. Oligarchies and monopolies will rule the land.
There will be few jobs, only well-educated geniuses will find a job and most people will be unemployed or underemployed.

What can the masses do?

Rebel, as in The War of the Classes?
Become criminals, as in A Criminal with Ethics?
Kill and be killed in an eternal useless war, as in The War that Saved the World?
Or endure misery in concentration camps, as in Unendurable?

These stories playout under these conditions. Four different scenarios depicting a flawed world order.

The starting point of these stories is different.

War of the Classes starts in 2020, encompassing the tragic life of Xhengmei and Manuel, and lasts almost fifty years.
The adventures of Mireya and Ben Delaney in A Criminal with Ethics take place in 2078.
The War that Saved the World is in full swing in 2080, when Jarozlava and Tse start playing an active role.
The suffering of Unendurable is set for 2099, when Ursula and Andrew meet inside a concentration camp.

Each one of the four stories in this book presents a different dystopia.

Therefore they are totally independent and can be read in any order.
A Trivial War

A General said, “The construction of the Wall has stopped.”
The President commented, with a red face and bloated eyes. “That is disgusting, why is it happening?”
“The President of Mexico insists that he will not pay for the Frontier Wall and the United States Congress refused to increase the budget for the Wall.”
The President commented, with a red face and bloated eyes. “That is very, very, very bad. What are my options?”
“Your options are to disregard this insult and publicly accept that the Wall will not be finished, or invade Mexico and make them pay.” The General says with a crooked smile.
“I order the implementation of an invasion operation. I name it, ‘Fuck Mexico.’ I need a plan by tomorrow.”
  “A war? Wars are costly.”
“It is a trivial war. I will have Mexico and the stupid Mexicans on their knees in one week. Maybe five days.”

Thus started the so called Trivial War, or at least that is the popular understanding. It has been seven years and millions of Mexicans, and even more Gringos, can never again be on their knees, as the dead cannot kneel.

War, Never!

The Block of Friends has prevailed, on Earth and on the planet of the insect invaders. Jade, Katelin, Marco and Jorge have triumphed, the people of Earth are enjoying peace, prosperity and abundance without exploitation. Everything is fine, isn’t it?
It should be, but greed, despotism and intolerance are human traits, and secret societies who want to topple The Block are proliferating on Earth. This is a great concern to The Block. However, it is nothing when compared to unknown extraterrestrial threats.
Wormholes make the universe reachable, but it’s an immense place, where mysterious civilizations and entities live in innumerable planets and habitats.

Reishi and Daniel are the new generation of The Block of Friends and have ideas of their own. Will their ideas help them to deal with powerful civilizations older than history, while assuring the survival of humanity?

The world is a pipedream of capitalism, very few own the wealth and Catriona is one of those few. Her grandfather died and she inherited his fortune. His mother and father are also rich, but she is the richest person on earth.
She lives in splendor, she is the richest, but she wants more. Thereby she decides to follow her grandfather’s plans.
Ziba is the lover of a rich man. She has been a poor prostitute and espouses the idea of changing the world, where billions are unemployed and depend on the charity of the rich.
She meets Catriona in a casual encounter. Catriona believes Ziba is her soulmate and embraces her idea of changing the world.

But Catriona believes in capitalism. She wants to own the world in order to change it. She wants to be the owner of the destiny of all.

Catriona and Ziba have achieved the unthinkable, they have given away their absolute dictatorial power to their people.
Everything and everyone are free, no one works or obeys a boss. Alcubierre faster-than-light ships are available for anyone who wants to travel to the stars. Rebirth bodies are forever young and there is no fear of death. Catriona and Ziba have created utopia.
This is a strange utopia, where people are cheerfully enjoying an allegedly eternal life. There is no money and no greed. There is no political power nor discord.   There is no morality nor religion.
There is no fear of personal death, as dead bodies are rapidly replaced by new rebirths. This also means that people live their life in several bodies, which could be equal or different.
However, there is fear of extinction as in its expansion humanity is challenging the perils of the galaxy and the universe.

Meanwhile life goes on for Catriona, Ziba and their girls, for whom orgies, adventures and dread make life worthwhile.

Sofia is a successful young woman. She lives in her New York loft surrounded by luxury and is vice president in the largest corporation in the world.
Unexpectedly, she is fired. Her credit rating drops to zero and all of a sudden, she is indigent. She is homeless.
She did nothing wrong, has good contacts, is superbly educated, efficient, and beautiful, how can this be happening to her?

It is the system. Without a good credit score, you are nothing. Without a good job, you are nothing. And there are very few good jobs. Most jobs have been automated.
Such is the world in the second half of the twenty-first century.

She is homeless, hungry, and confused.
She is Sofia. What can she do?

This is her story. Her story of vengeance against unknown enemies. The story of her fight against the system, taking advantage of its trappings and aberrations.   This is her story and of the family she creates.

The world is a utopia, there is no need to work, the Vital emolument allows everyone to live quite well, and there are hobbies, studies, research, sports, music… Activities with no end.
However, that is only on the Booming part of the world, the rest is a cauldron of abuse, rapacity, and violence.
The fear of encountering extraterrestrial foes motivates Sofia and her family to make our civilization cohesive. But there are too many sins inherited from the dark past of wars, violence, and greedy, power-hungry people.
It is not easy, Sofia and her family profess the idea of no wars, which means no army and no police, due to concern about the transfer of power to the military-oriented.
Thereby, the family does the dirty work in suicidal missions. Death and replication are the norm for them, raising the question of ‘am I me?’ and the conundrum of when and how to make replication universal.

Their quest happens in the middle of a technological boom, where many find time and funding to develop their scientific, engineering, or inventive talents.

White DNA

Finley is at the peak. A white super-rich man in his world of male white supremacy. The builder of the Space Hotel. The successful entrepreneur who is daily in the news.
He notices Ana Maria, a singer with a superb bod. She is brown. Thereby, he asks his aide to bring her to his suite.
His problems start there. He looked at the bod, at her brownness, at the inferior being who must comply with his wishes. Such is the tenet in the place and country where he lives. A place where your DNA is white, or you are nothing.
He is from a country where only male whites are citizens. A country that belongs to Finley and his friends. He is American.
Yet, Ana Maria is much more than a brown singer. Much more than her supreme bod. She is a dangerous beauty. She is a deathtrap.

Soon Finley grasps he is entrapped in Ana Maria’s machinations, where being brown is an asset and being a woman is heavenly.

Which DNA?

'Which DNA?' Anaia has retired from politics. Her hobby is space exploration. It is understandable. Finley built the space hotel.
She suspects something is hiding from our view. She has seen shapes in space that have no explanation. And her perfect memory somehow forgets about them.
  Something is wrong!

Her girls are in charge of earth. Where abundance and automated governments have simplified their tasks. Univer-sal happiness is the goal. There is no fear of internal conflict.
She suspects aliens. Extraterrestrials who want to suppress our efforts to conquer space.
And the age of the universe implies civilizations millions of years old. Far more advanced than ours.
She ponders if we are prepared to face beings far more advanced. If we would succumb as native civilizations on earth did when invaded by others slightly more advanced?

She is Anaia. If anybody can face the aliens, it is her.

Her life is perfect. She is living the life of a rich girl, popular in her private school and spoiled by her loving parents. What else could she ask for?
She has no troubles. She is a lovely girl, and her friends adore her. Everybody adores her.

But the world is not perfect. Her parents worry about the future and her school worries about what could happen the next day.
Thus, the school imparts the Active Shooter class, Run-Hide-Fight training and as with all her classes she takes it seriously.

Her only worry is to have a boyfriend. Her classmates do not stir any feelings, and she wonders who would.
Still, she is a happy popular girl.

Then the inconceivable happens. Her school is the target of a school shooting. Her friends are running and falling, pierced by high-power bullets.
In a panic, she and her friends try to run away from the shooters.

In minutes, her idyllic life has been shattered. Her life has been ruined. Her friends are dead. What happened?
Dead. Her friends are dead, and she cannot cry. The only emotion she feels is hate. Incommensurable hate.

Run Far Away

Impeding Us

In the last days of the first half of the twenty-first century, the Chinese entrepreneur Táng Wong is assassinated during a mass shooting in the city of Tulsa, while on tour of his aerospace industries.
No one notices, except his employees and his daughter.
Why did he go there? Chinese are not welcome here! There are a few opinions. But no action.
Just another mass murder in America.

His daughter Táng Yáng receives the news with aplomb. She does not cry. She does not ask for justice. She has been trained by her father to tackle troubles and sad news rationally.
Therefore, she plans revenge. She finds who the master mind of the mass murder is. She seeks a path to vengeance.

She has the resources. She has the determination. She has the know-how.
She is the most dangerous woman in the world.

Nothing Impedes Us

Why, Why?

Ryan is absorbed reading a report from his CFO when his charter plane jerks.
He looks up. Turbulence, he thinks and keeps reading.
A second later, the plane twitches to one side, then the other. He checks his seat belt, it is fastened.
The plane is going down and tumbling.
  Mary is yelling.
  What’s happening?

The bright light from the window is suddenly brighter.
  Kaya looks out. Nothing.
There is a rumble, Kaya looks out again. Several cars have crashed.
Kaya goes down the stairs. Her father is embracing her mother.
  Is something wrong?

An exceedingly bright light in the sky. Unexplainable accidents. Everything stops working.
  No sirens, no alarms.
  Phones do not work.
  What happened?

Is this the end or a new beginning?
For many, it is the end.
For a few, it is the beginning of a new life,

Nonetheless, life will be challenging for all.

No Please!
